When Faith's Energy was Running Low

Fear knocked at the door, Faith answered and nobody was there.

Do you know the feeling when your immune system is fighting some invaders, and you somehow suffer from low energy, but otherwise you have no visible signs of being sick?

I have been in that state for a couple of days and I am just surprised about the thoughts and negative sentiments that are running through me. It seems as if the entire system is under attack! 

So is there a spiritual identity - let's call Her Faith for the lack of a better expression - who is the observer and the psychic energy that monitors all the feelings, drives, doubts, memories, expectations, and keeps the wagon called "I" on track? And once psychic energy gets deflated, Her steering power gets undermined as well.

Just lay low for a while. Your energy will rebound in time, and as it does, Faith will answer the door again.
