Give me Wisdom, Humility and Media Coverage

When a tree falls in a forest and no one is there to see it, did it really fall? When a spiritual master gets enlightened somewhere in the Himalayas and stays for decades in the seclusion of the mountains, will humanity still benefit?

Polly Berriens Berends writes jokingly in Coming to Life, "all I want is wisdom, humility and media coverage!" Yes, a number of spiritual new-agers would perhaps sign up for this mantra. After all, in order to do GOD's work one needs to cast the net widely, right?

Maybe, maybe not. By the way, the tree has fallen as long as some sister or brother will visit this place in the next thousand years and will be changed by it. And yes, the spiritual vibration of the human race gets upgraded with every enlightened soul by more you can imagine, independent of whether SHE shares the GOSPEL with the rest of us or not.

So if it is your spiritual mission to get GOD's WORD out, GOD will show you the WAY. But if you just want to hang out with a few precious friends instead of becoming the new spiritual kid on the block, that's fine too. GOD will tap us on our shoulder if someone needs our guidance and we will know how to respond. That's the WAY.

GOD knows how to spread HER WORD. We don't need to worry about a thing. Let's keep our eyes on HER and everything else take care of itself.
