Have a look at the yin and yang symbol below. It is the perspective of a FORCE that is not only above duality, but also understands that yin and yang are intertwined. There is manliness in every woman just as there is femininity in every man. And as long as we walk the earth there are unfortunately always some not so kosher motives behind every good intention, just as there is some good in every villain.

Transcending duality is an insight we can have every step of the WAY. So when you feel anger rising in you, or depression descending, be one with it. Don't fight the sentiment and let it settle in. Soon you will be in a position where you can see the bigger picture behind it. Feelings and attachments to certain outcomes are like clouds, temporarily blocking the blue sky. Accept life as is, and discover that we can always rest at the center of the circle as the wheel of life is spinning around us.
