To alter the universe, alter your thoughts, because the only universe you will ever know is in your mind.

The Gospel of the Christ, the Blue Lord and Lao-Tzu couldn't be any more different, yet all of them tell us about the BEYOND that we can discover by leaving our self behind. The message of the Christ is love, the message of Lord Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita is that all of us have a spiritual mission (dharma) to fulfill. Whereas Lao-Tzu's invites us to discover the Tao, GOD's metaphysical world in our day-to-day occurrences.
Three spiritual perspectives, three different paths to travel HOME, yet one thing they all share in common. We are encouraged to look for the Beyond, for love, for our spiritual mission, and for the metaphysical world, despite our self. So few would call the forth path I am prosing here - the Law of Attraction - spiritual at all. The belief that we can magnetically attract into our life whatever we wholeheartedly believe in. Yet, isn't it even written in the New Testament in Mark 11:23:
Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.
The gospels of love, dharma and the WAY reach for the SELF, while the Law of Attraction encourages us to express ourselves. When you think about it, the tension between the self and the SELF follows us, no matter what we do. We can beat ourselves up over not supposedly loving enough, or we tell ourselves that we didn't strive enough, weren't mindful enough, or that we weren't observant enough to see the WAY. Yet in this (not-so) merry-go-around we can also discover the self at work. Similarly, we can connect to the SELF when we realize that we want to create something that is not truly us.
Create something that is meaningful for you. Visualize it, plan for it, already "feel" it implemented and see what happens. You are GOD's Co-creator after all, so see how the WAY brings a loving, purposeful and magical solution into your life. They say many paths lead to Rome, so conveniently pick the one that makes you at HOME every step of the WAY. Fact of the matter is, once the OBSERVER kicks in, we are HOME, everything else is just a stage fabricated by our own mind.
