Pessimistic folks learn some time during their lifetime that the cautious commentary in their head is just that, a commentary. So they become mindful and compensate in all their activities to strike a more upbeat and realistic tone. Same with narcissistic folks and people with a pie-in-the-sky attitude. Eventually it dawns on some that they need to keep their feet on the ground when they deal with others.
All of us perceive the world a little different, but all of us can discover that the voice in our head may not be us, and the emotion running through us may lead us astray. Mind the voice, and look for the VOICE. Mind your feelings, and look for LOVE. The veil can't keep us from the WAY. We are the observer. Rain or shine, we are HOME.
