Live Fully

“If, then, I were asked for the most important advice I could give, that which I considered to be the most useful to the men of our century, I should simply say: in the name of God, stop a moment, cease your work, look around you.”
(Leo Tolstoy, Essays, Letters and Miscellanies)

Have you ever observed how you talk to yourself? Have you ever observed how you beat yourself up over and over again in these mental loops? These inner talks can be very dark. Most of the time these doubts, fears, speculations and worst-case scenarios are entirely fabricated. If you live by them, or bias yourself against others by them, you will eventually deviate from reality. As we all know, we have the ability to attract the environment that we fear and anticipate.

Getting in touch with life is totally different. Have you ever observed how you feel energized after working in the sun for a while? The sun radiates living energy. When you work in your backyard, digging up the dirt, hearing the birds whistling, seeing the flowers bloom and the grass grow, you are in touch with that lively energy. Suddenly your mind becomes still. You feel grateful for life and everything God has created for us to enjoy! All the things God has created radiate the energy of life!

Eckhart Tolle has reminded us of the Power of Now. For some it is nature, for some it is going on an exciting vacation, for others it is being with their loved ones and close friends. Do whatever it takes to step out of those interfering mental loops. Eventually everyone can live just as Eckhart Tolle advices, pulled into the Power of Now by life's beauty, busyness and magic. So what do you want to experience? Living in a phantom world, beating yourself up and feeling hopeless or living in a world full of lively energy?

Experience the world with us as is. Live fully!
