I AM ...

We all have preference about our experiences.  We use these preferences to define how we are.  We prefer to be happy, successful, healthy, calm, and clear, so when things are not going our way, we are naturally upset and worried.  The thing is, we cannot really control our body or our thoughts, let alone our emotions.  What we can control is our ability to observe.  When we are able to observe our thoughts, emotions, and body, it gives us the chance to break free.  This time we are influenced by them, but we are also watching them.  With this awareness, we create distance to our thoughts, emotions, body, and eventually, our soul.

I AM THAT I AM
