‘Ade’ is French and stands for good-bye. It can also be a synonym for ‘Accept Depression’s Enlightenment’! Accept your depression as the departure of all the outgrown remnants of your being that you can drop by the wayside. It hurts to grow and transcend. Instead of distracting yourself and denying its existence, accept the inner sadness and be one with it. Yes, hard as it is to accept, the depression is a necessary step in our spiritual evolution. Say ‘ade’ to the old and let the new in. Enlightenment is but a step away from accepting and embracing depression.
