Connecting with God

We all have our unique way to connect with God and become a partner of God’s creative energy here on the blue planet. Some people like to cook; while cooking, they sense their zen moments and become the channel of God’s creation. Some like swimming;  when they swim, they sense that open space and become a channel of God’s energy flow. Some like to sing; when they sing, you couldn’t recognize them, you only sense their magnificence. Some like gardening; they are most at ease when they are outside landscaping.


We all have our unique way to connect with God.  For me, it’s writing.  When I write, I just enter into that otherworldly space; I am present and love connecting with God; I feel the joy and peace flowing through me; I enter into a deep dimension which is hard to describe.  I enjoy it so much! Unfortunately, I haven’t quite yet figured out how to make a living out of my writing, so I constantly put writing as last on my to do list; until I miss that connection, that bliss.


When we create, we connect with God.  We become God’s co-creator at this special moment.  We become a channel of God’s energy, and we feel the ecstasy God has showered with us. When we abandon our unique way to connect with God, hardly can we sense the joy God wishes us to enjoy in our life. Have you discovered your unique way to connect with God yet?   I hope you do!  This unique way to connect with God shows us the purpose of our life even it doesn’t make any sense to others.  We all strive to our best when we embrace this side of us!
