What a wonderful idea that our self-experience is a repression of sorts. Take a deep breath here and now. Feel what is hidden beneath the hood. Open up to your feelings and repressed emotions. Watch that movie plot in front of your eyes unfolding and learn what it may say about the repressed parts of your being. With everyone else in the spiritual community hunting for ‘Truth’, you just worry about Authenticity. It will get you there.
