Life as a Wild Ride

We have certain expectation about how life should be. This “life should be expectation” is just made up by our mind and deviates a lot from the real life that we are having.  With this expectation, we are constantly in conflict with our real life.  We often feel threatened, annoyed, and upset about what’s going on in our life.  So we can never be happy unless we accept life as is.


The problem here is, how often can life in actuality line up with our expectations? Please be aware that this expectation is a trickster our mind has created for us, rarely to be experienced in reality.  With this mental trick in place, we can never really accept and enjoy our life to the fullest! The question here is, why do we feel threatened by life?  What is really threatened by life?


Life is a wild ride. Have the guts and honesty to accept this fact of life and see how everything can happen in this ride.  When you allow your soul to experience whatever life has to offer, suddenly, life itself becomes a fun adventure! Never mind the mental trickster, tighten your seatbelt and simply enjoy the ride!
