The Heavenly Bus Driver

A boy was standing at the corner waiting for the bus. A neighbor looking out of her windows noticed him and said, “Hun, if you are waiting for the bus you have to walk down a bloc to the next bus stop”, “Don’t worry”, the boy responded, “he will stop.” The neighbor doubted that, but she kept her mouth shut to teach him a lesson. Five minutes later the bus stopped, and when the smiling boy jumped into the bus, he turned towards her and shouted, “My father is the bus driver.”

Have faith that the Creator of the Pathway knows what He is doing. As it is written in Matthew 6:26, ‘Look at the birds of the air. They do not sow or reap, or gather into barns—and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?’ If you think you can squander this birthright by doing whatever you feel like doing then you will probably get lost like the Prodigal Son, but if you are aware of your birthright and trust in the purpose of the Way, the Heavenly Bus shall stop for you.
