Tuning into Good Vibrations

Experiencing life can be like the frog in the hot water. The temperature slowly rises, and the frog adjusts until it is too late. Our own problem statement, we can observe when our outer environment changes; we can feel when we get grumpy or when we are peaceful, but we are unable to adjust our own spiritual vibrations.

Take your shoes off right now, and walk barefoot on the grass for a little while. Spend a few hours in nature and enjoy it without allowing any other distraction. Can you experience the peace flowing through you? Do your hobby or picture a vacation. Can you feel the weight that is suddenly leaving your strained body?

The solution can’t be to cut out all interfering energy. We would only run away from life. The folks who seem to bring trouble often only want to show us that we are not yet healed. Instead, by tackling the confrontational subjects with an open mind and a loving heart, we can take a leap towards wholeness and peace.

Good vibrations are generated by facing all of life with good intentions and to the best of our abilities. God helps those who help themselves. Good vibrations are always at our disposal, and there is always a way to be mindful and express our love. Tune into the good vibrations here and now!
