Kind Authenticity

Should we always be our authentic self, or should we sometimes act as a mirror of what others want, or perhaps need to see? There are those who say, ‘always be authentic’, and yet others who equally convincingly say, ‘always be kind and considerate’. There is no wrong or right, there is only your Way!


When it comes to me personally, I tend to be considerate and kind, so I tend to portray a spiritual image that I believe in. Yet, my friends also know that I have no qualms letting a bit steam off when I have to. I believe in the fellowship of peers who need to know who I truly am beneath the hood.
