I AM THAT I AM
It is as it is Now Love
Soul psychology
Eckhart Tolle’s ‘The Power of Now’ was a spiritual stroke of genius, even though he simply wrote up an idea that had been around for millennia. Yet somehow at this stage of spiritual awakening, humanity was ready for a much needed refresher course.
Everything comes together in the Now. We can be aware of our divine Consciousness here and now, just as it was summed up in Moses’ spiritual experience when God told him His Name—‘I AM THAT I AM’—Consciousness Itself.
Soul psychology means to find the Self in the darkness of our being. Every living moment we become aware of what we feel, say or do. We experience our ‘I’ melting as we tackle our fears, question our aspirations and become mindful of our thoughts.
ACIM says that every loving thought and action is true; everything else is a call for healing. Christianity appeals to Jesus, the Holy Spirit and God to heal the Now. It is more religious than the ‘I AM THAT I AM’ movement as it appeals to an outside Force.
The Zen folks are scientists and face the Now without any preconceived notions. Even though the starting point of Christianity and Zen are worlds apart, the outcome often tends to be similar: Zen practitioners also find magic in the present moment.
Spiritual science and devotion merge in the Now. Prayer, meditation and the artistic ability to read any symbol in the Now as an outlived expression of our lower self, or a blessed satori moment; when we align, the mystic moment unfolds in the Now.
Enjoy!
