When we are still, we create a space where things can happen. We can suddenly hear the water flowing in the background, feel the wind blowing, and see the tree leaves dancing in the air! We slow down our action. As we keep this stillness, we blend into a piece of a live painting! We and the universe are one!
Everything is in harmony! And we suddenly taste the mystery! What a wonder!
