Is there a Pre-Programmed Free Will?

You might have seen the movie Paycheck with Ben Affleck and Uma Thurman. A brilliant engineer builds reverse-engineered inventions for dubious business men who erase his memory afterwards as a form of trade mark protection. In one especially dangerous and criminal case he builds a machine that manages to look into the future. He sends himself little tokens that he knows will come in handy in the future. Yet, when he wakes up after the memory loss he will have to learn—learning by doing along the Way so to speak—why they are important, how to use them and when.

God, in Neale Walsch’s ‘Conversations with God’ claims that many light-workers are working in Hollywood in form of script writers, music producers, etc. When I saw this movie I thought that this idea might explain how we can have free will and be karma-driven bio-robots at the same time. If you want to reach freedom, God does send these trigger points in terms of people, events and significant moments that allow us to break through to the next spiritual level when they occur. Ben Affleck already knew the future subconsciously, but he still had to work hard to get there, especially driven by his love for Uma Thurman in this case.

See whatever you're going to do, you will not be able to stop. The way to see it is like this. Let your body do whatever it has to do. Do not think about it too much. Do not identify with it. Do not attach yourself to it. Everything was preordained before you came into existence. It will take care of itself. The apples grow, the grass grows, the sun shines, there's warmth to make human life exist, there is a power that takes care of everything and it has nothing to do with our thoughts.

Relax when you want to go Home you are going Home because it was decided even before you were born. The Angels in the background just have to help you dispose of a little karma and some remaining mind illusion. Time was invented for this very purpose. Sit back, enjoy the ride and trust in the brilliance of the Divine Play. Just make sure that when the time comes you show up as you have been programmed to do, otherwise simply enjoy the show!
