Awareness and Life Energy

Awakening reveals that there is no personal self, and that every thing is myself.  It happens to be a paradox.  We find we are nothing and absolutely everything simultaneously.  When we see this, we realize there is nothing more happening other than love meeting itself—or we could say you are meeting yourself, or the truth is meeting yourself, or God is meeting itself.  Love meets itself each moment, even if it’s a rotten moment--Adyashanti

My life has become the way Adyashanti describes, awareness is aware of how this system I am in moment by moment unfolds. I live out every moment according to the energy of the moment.

There is a knowing behind every moment; there is a master behind every moment.  This master meets every moment with love and acceptance and responds each moment with love, which means this awareness allows whatever is happening inside this system with respect and allowance. Whatever is happening inside this system is life. It is the life energy, which wants to live itself out through me. With love and respect, I merge with this flow.

Sometimes the mind will jump in and will try to intervene, the energy will then be interrupted, the awareness will feel and sense disturbance in the system but the mind is unfortunately in control. When the mind owns the control, the system will continue experiencing disturbance, conflicts, and struggles.  However, as soon as the awareness spots that the mind is in control and causes all the turbulence, she gets back to the master status. When the awareness gets back to the master status, love prevails, the system get back to harmony again.  All the energy flowing this system is allowed.

So the mind and awareness alternatively direct my system.  At this stage, I know awareness is the way.  I drop my opinion about how life should be, and let the life unfold itself through me!  Whenever I am able to do this to myself, I feel love, acceptance, and joy through me, and I will have the same love, acceptance, and joy to share with the people around me!
