I was very anxious last week. When I observed myself, I discovered that my mind created a belief set for me, which was “I don’t have enough time to finish all my work.” Guess what? Since then, I’ve lived with anxiety and rushed to finish everything as fast as possible. However, no matter how efficient I was, no matter how much stuff I had finished, the anxiety was still there. It was like I was chased by some monster.
And then this morning I discovered that it was just my mindset that created all this anxiety and it’s not a reality. As soon as I discovered that this was just a mind’s trap, I felt relaxed and liberated. I did whatever I felt needed to be done with ease and I have been efficient and finishing way more things than when I was under my mind’s control and when I was rushing around.
Have you spotted how your mind has controlled your life? Hope you do! It’s a liberating feeling and reality once you step out of it! You can finally live your life as reality unfolds and not caught in illusions and directed and produced by your mind’s movies!
