On Fear

What keeps people staying in a job that drains their energy?  What keeps people staying in an overdue relationship?  What keeps people staying in a religious group that they no longer can relate to?  What keeps people from living out their truth?

It's fear!  People have so much fear and insecurity.  People long for security and belonging from our job, family, relationship, groups we join, and religious gathering we regularly go to.  We are so scared to be on our own that we will be willing to sacrifice our truth for this security.  However, with this trade, we somehow lose our passion for life because we cannot align with our inner energy flow anymore.  We are controlled by our mind and fear.

Instead of facing our own fear and insecurity, we often do the opposite; we focus on the group, people, and job and demand them to provide us this security.  However, fear and insecurity is like phantom.  You cannot really get rid of them with all your hard work until the day you realize they are just illusion.  And then they disappear like fog.
