Embrace your energy fearlessly. Let your energy show you the way. Let your energy teach you something about yourself. Often we have opinions about how we should feel and try to intervene with our energy. By doing so, we lose the opportunities to know ourselves.
Sometimes it is hard to embrace our energy because they are against the perception we have about ourselves. Know at this moment, your perception about yourself is from your mind. Your energy at this moment is your truth at this moment. Embrace it, dive into it, hang out with her and know what she wants to tell you. There lies the messages to your healing. There lies the truth why you are suffering. There lies the chances for your full realization about your Self.
Embrace them fearlessly. Let them reveal to you your soul's history . Let them reveal to you your way home. Your liberation from suffering doesn’t rely on any other or any external situation. Your liberation from suffering relies on your own realization of your own truth.
