Walking the Way is an incredible privilege. It is hard to communicate to someone who doesn’t perceive the red thread on the floor what this journey is all about. The simile I came up with is the use of training wheels. We may not be enlightened, we certainly have ego, but with a little assistance we can travel the Way like the seasoned traveler.
Let me give you a few example of the magic of the Way. Say, I have a difficult text chat but at the end of a long conversation I realize that we parted at 5:55 am, the well-familiar number for divine support and changes. Say, I am sending an encouraging note to make up with a friend and send it at 12:34, a symbol for progress and oneness for both of us.
Say I want to break up with a friend as the pain body inside is just getting overwhelming, but the lyrics of the song on the playing just at that moment reminds me of my mission at hand which includes her. It is almost as if an outer program guides me and partly overrides what I on my own would have done, or would not have done.
The ego expression is misleading. Instead of attacking it we should accept it as all we have at that moment. I am happy with my avatar these days, are you? It might have double standards, inner conflicts and biases, but along the Way all of this doesn’t matter. There is a Voice in the background, and always a Sign nearby to tell me what to do,
She is in charge. Along the Way we wish the journey of good and evil farewell. We become an ambassador of a higher Power. So what if I am a traveler in training. It is the Process that gives my avatar the powers of the Way. As spiritual aha moments present themselves, the training wheels may eventually come off. If not, well, that’s fine too!
