When our Pain Body Spins a Story

I had a curious observation after I left my stressful job; somehow, I also didn’t feel any more fulfilled and happy than before. Stress switched places with a feeling of restlessness; the obnoxious colleagues got replaced by a feeling of loneliness. It was then that I understood that we are just telling ourselves convenient story to reflect our inner vibrations, and attract people, events and our fate accordingly.

What plagues you? A boring job? Not enough money? A child hood trauma or a lost love? Obnoxious co-workers? Unfulfilled cravings? Restless with or without you? Can’t see anything through? The list is endless for those who struggle! Actually, there an uplifting message in my observation. If our pain body just follows us around no matter what, we also no longer need to take the problems at hand so seriously. We might as well have a little fun while solving our complicated problems.

It is in our power to raise our vibrations. It is possible to dissolve our pain body. Life does this for us, and a spiritual path turbo charges this healing journey. When you feel poor, fight for economic abundance. If you cry over a lost love do not rest until love finds you again. Abundance is our birthright, so whenever we feel that something is out of order somewhere, it is our pain body wanting to be heard. A spiritual journey is a journey inwards, so instead of fighting our demons in the outer world we face and heal them within instead.

A spiritual path is a guided tour towards healing and wholeness. Whenever you feel pain stop everything and just observe. Let the pain body talk to you. Find the true origin of what is missing inside, don’t just fall for the convenient story your ego is presenting to you. Love, enlightenment, bliss, and enthusiasm is within you, always. No pain body in the world can permanently cover this treasure at your disposal. Why don’t you go treasure hunting next time a story pops up that is not to your liking. Trust me, you will find it if you did deep enough.
