Beside myself

Awareness is the ability to stand next to the ‘robot in action’, just watching, without judgement or expectation. Standing beside ourself gives us the perspective the ‘robot on the roll’ wouldn’t have had at his disposal. It takes away all fear and gives us stillness despite the ongoing chatter in our head. Awareness is a half the distance to the goal but it is still not quite the ‘I Am That I Am’ experience when we merge with Oneness altogether. ‘Burning bush experience’ or not, serenity is always ours to have, even amidst life’s busyness. Try it!
