The Jewish culture didn’t have a problem with sex, as long as it was practiced with the spouse. It was the intellect worship of Ancient Greece that made its way into the dogma of the church to separate spirit from body, and with it, launched its campaign against the sins of the flesh.

Our body is a miracle, way more intelligent than our conscious perception ever can. There is wisdom in our life as well as our body, and wherever is right in front of us is exactly what we need to fulfill face to complete our soul mission. Some lessons to learn, some outgrown stuff still to let go off; our sex-life is part of the lesson plan.

Consciousness gives birth to the power of the moment. Some break-throughs are within, some break-throughs occur in life itself. All we have to do is to show up moment by moment, being in tune with what our body and spirit put right in front of us. There is no enlightenment outside of daily life—dig right in!
