The Zen discipline looks through our ego
and wholly grasps Consciousness.
The third eye is non-duality in view;
Life’s energy seen free of ‘you’ and ‘me.’
Our heart chakra emits and feels energy;
Oneness, love and compassion reside there.
Consciousness is Christ/Buddha’s Mind:
It knows, perceives and feels Oneness.
