The other day a spiritual friend said she needed to move into nature because she couldn’t handle the telecom frequencies anymore and I believed her. I can’t sleep in the bedroom where the WiFi box is, so I always unplug it at night. I also can’t hang out in the open floor plan of our living room in the early hours because I cannot handle the vibration our adjacent kitchen refrigerator makes. No one in our family is sensitive to either.
When it is time to move, it’s time to move. Some spiritual friends can’t handle the energies of the workplace they are in, and have to quit from one day to the next. Same with people; long-standing friends suddenly disappear from one day to the next. It’s like a magnet that is moving into a higher frequency, and what used to attract only yesterday suddenly repels. Drastic change is inevitable when you awaken.
While writing this, I sit in the Pooja room, surrounded by deities and looking out on the lilac bush I planted 12 years ago. This room grounds me. Massive kundalini energies have been running through me for days and at times the pain of stuck energy in my throat, face and ears is so overwhelming that only grounding meditation in that room can alleviate it. When the system is moving into a new state, the self has to step aside.
