There is nothing special about the wise ones.
They have only stopped believing their minds.

Choiceless Awareness is one of these states that we probably experience all the time, but that are hard to describe. The Oneness of situations, people and places can be seen, felt and grasped. Yet, there are interferences when a choice is at hand. Should I stay in this miserable job even though my life seems to depend on it? Should I leave the partner I have been with for so long? You fill in the blanks here. It occurred to me the other day that life naturally gravitates towards the interference in the choiceless awareness because that’s what our perceived ‘I’-identity is all about. Life will be a never-ending problem solving until we have come to the root cause, we aren’t this perceived identity, we aren’t our mind. Get the ‘I’ out of the equation and you are left with choiceless awareness.
CIA is what it feels like when we awaken to Choiceless Awareness while still clinging to our ‘I’-identity, we become a central intelligence agency so to speak, unable to tell whether we follow our heart or our perception what spirituality living is all about. Open up to Choiceless Awareness, it’s the moment in time when the ‘I’-identity melts in the Oneness of the situation. Observe, feel, be still, and when thoughts are running through you observe the feelings that are associated with. We are not CIA operatives, we are the ones who are one with the gist of the moment. Welcome problems into your life, be excited when decisions are coming up as yet another opportunity to drop the ‘I’-perspective.
