They say a frog in the heating water cannot spot the temperature rise until it is too late. Likewise, spotting ‘me presence’ is hard. We are literally born in this body and grow up with the psychological presence that claims to be us.
Yet, we have feelings and they can spot when something seems off. We also have the mirror of relationships and the events we are embedded in; they communicate the Oneness that we are part of all the time and we can see when the ‘me’ interferes with the harmony of life.
We can spot breaks in thinking as we jump from one thought train to the next, and we can recognize the ‘me energy’ that is causing it. ‘Me energy’ is more than just being egoistic. It is that veil that keeps us from being part of Oneness.
Take a deep breath right now. Go onwards and ‘be still and know that I Am God.’ That’s the method to break free from that imposture that claims to be us. Can you break free from ‘me energy’?
