Arriving as we put our best foot forward

In a spiritual discussion forum the leader of the group claimed that one of J. Krishnamurti’s accomplishments was that he had already traveled a lot of roads into nowhere for us and if he tells us with conviction, “don’t go there, it’s not worth your while—a dead-end street awaits you,” then we can save a lot of time and effort to not step into the same trap. A participant responded that no one can say this with certainty for another. We all have to travel our own path of purpose and meaning which includes making a few meaningful mistakes on our own. I listen to both and figured that they are both right. The paradoxical spiral quest is one where we kind of have already arrived as we keep putting our best foot forward.
