The ego is considered the villain that “edges-God- out.” Many in the spiritual community take this to mean that we should avoid evil and embrace the good, but who is in charge of making this decision? It’s still self, that is, conflicted energy. This video argues to consider ego (red light) as a filter that keeps us from the “I Am” state (green light). Be mindful of any self reference and just watch this energy (yellow light). Under observation the energy of this neurological filter “self,” its energy changes, opening us up for the “I Am” energies to flow in.
