Feeling the knot, not being bound by it

 Some feel the knot when they know the must speak up.

 

Some feel the knot in the stomach when they feel uncomfortable.

 

Some feel the knot in the heart when they need to give but they can’t.

 

I am not any different than the others. I am human just like everyone else. I have just found an exciting secret of life—the knot is our gateway. Step up to the plate and don’t let fear, embarrassment or greed strike “you” out. To the contrary, lose the self in the heat of the moment and connect with a power that is always at our disposal.
