We can observe what our state of being is all about by the thoughts that are running through our head, by the way we feel, by the energy that is running through us, and by the way the outside world interacts with us. We all have different ways of sensing, perceiving and experiencing this world. I may be more mind driven while you may be more feeling based. Some have a better perception of energy than others, and not everyone understands that this outside world is just a projection of our inner state.
I once discovered this neat acronym S-E-L-F that allows us to describe the four dimension as we experience them when Grace finds us. Serenity—as thoughts are absent, Energy—as all chakras are fired up, Love—the true feeling that prevails in this state, and Flow—the joy of seeing Oneness at play in the outside world. Grace comes when it does. The only degree of freedom that we have is to be mindful of thoughts, energy, feelings and all happenings when we have returned back to planet earth.
There is an unconscious state, mindfulness and Grace. Mindfulness is being able to notice when we are unconscious. Naturally, the moment we become aware of being unconscious, we no longer are. The big question is, how can we consciously connect with Grace? Do we need to? Isn’t every experienced moment amazing? Spiritual living as a multi-dimensional floating down the river into the sea of Oneness. We are the trickle at the top of the mountain unaware a river waits for us (unconscious), the river en route (spiritual living) and sometimes already part of the ocean of Oneness.
While we may not be able to connect with Grace, we can consciously raise our vibrations. Nature does this for me, writing and being together with the people I love.
