I have always been a little confused by the expression nothingness, until it hit me, nothingness is not-a-thing: it’s consciousness with not-a-thing added from our collective human energy as well as our personal energy. We experience “not-a-thing” in the satori moment.
A friend said, I hold my empty cup, full of air. That’s it! In nothingness the everything of full potential is contained. In nothingness we allow life as is to manifest without a bias of personal limitation. Everything is always in nothingness. It’s just we sometimes wear blinders and fail to be aware.
