It takes effort to stand up to societal and parental—spanned over generations—conditioning and overcoming we must. You cannot be half pregnant. The water that flows into the river is bound to be merging with the ocean. Yet, the notion that we consciously work until all the debris of self interference has been removed is also not correct. At one point the system flips from consciously working towards removing the self-imposed interferences to working with life in a state of awareness. This adjustment is instant and effortless. The paradox is that it takes effort to manifest effortless living.
