an enlightened imagined entity.
What’s the point?

Looking through appearances is sometimes not so hard; the partner who supposedly completes us, the move to a foreign country that will make us happy, the miserable job that we refuse to quit because it pays the mortgage. We might be fooled for a while but eventually it dawns on us that everything we ever wanted we already have here and now.
The big accomplishment of non-duality is to remind us that in Oneness this entity—this decision maker, even this observer—is an illusion. In deep meditation the meditator is not. In the satori moment body, mind and world become one. Just knowing when the imagined entity returns and not falling for his cravings, aversions and hidden agenda is an accomplishment.
