Impressions Along the Way

As a Tao traveler you are introduced to a family and a circle of "close" friends which is so much larger than what you grew up to expect. Life encourages you to expand your love until even the distinction between friend and enemy becomes meaningless. Your goals are  likely to change as well.  You are not just living and working for yourself and a few loved ones anymore, you are asked to share your gifts and observations with the world instead.  While you stand on equal footing with everyone else, you are also chosen to remind your soul siblings who they truly are.

A Tao traveler is special yet he is ordinary at the same time. The master will get sick, old and will be dying one day just like everyone else.  He certainly feels the pain of his surroundings; perhaps, given that we are encouraged to be open to every experience, we also feel the pain with even more intensity than the fellow next door who might be doing his best to shut unpleasantness out. Yet, at the same time, the master transcends these emotions. By facing them he manages to move beyond them, by understanding them he heals them. By embracing his environment his mere presence helps everyone in his vicinity.

The Master's mind has some crazy moments as well. Yet, she realizes it when the stories of her mind deviate from the Way and chooses to zoom into the Way instead. Thoughts and stories rise and they fall; the Master conveniently picks the ones that are in accordance with the Way.  It is a life changing experience to travel along the Way. Why don't you join us.
