Melting in the holy Now, you are "at-one" with your surroundings. God flows through you at this moment and the ego is sidelined, and somehow doesn't exist at all. We have all experienced these blessed moments but they come and go beyond our control. Grace comes when we are ready while over large stretches we are again helplessly exposed to those irritating feelings of separation and hear these annoying voices of doubt and aggression in our head.
The question now becomes how can we make this blessed state of "At-Oneness" a lasting one? There is indeed something we can do: we can bring all our aspirations and drives in accordance with love and healing. We can discover the symbols of love and attack wherever we go. They are often hidden, but when we really look closely, we can always find love - or the lack of it - in every situation. Surround yourself with love, stretch out a hand to a brother who is in search of it, but step out of attack's way. You are perfectly protected with a loving agenda. Let everything change and enjoy discovering that no matter what, love will always stay the same.
