The Way of the Christ is the Way of Love. God is love, while everything else is just a distraction from the Way. The psychologist E. Graham Howe once said that spirituality is best understood by small children and women. True, because they are more connected to their heart where love resides. Still, we all can perceive the magic of love as long as we manage to look past ourselves. Discover the love in the air, or the cry for love whenever there is conflict. Where there is love, Heaven on earth is manifested. Where there is conflict, you can either appeal to the Holy Spirit to heal the situation, or walk away. Love is a perfect guiding measure along a spiritual path.
In the Meister series we discussed the path of action and the path of insight before. When the Meister embraces love, he learns to speak God's language. God can be experienced in all interactions, Her Presence can always be felt and sometimes even understood. When action, insight and love come together, the Meister is finally Home. The path of action, observation and love all merge in the holy Now. We discover Heaven on earth, unify mind and heart, and watch the external world become an outer manifestation of the harmony within. Enjoy the Way of the Meister!
