What are we here for?

The Prophet said, ‘be in this world as if you are a stranger or a traveler.’
(Bukhari)

Are we here to push the frontier of knowledge forwards?
Well, some of us are.

Are we here to make the next generation a little better off?
Sure, many of us want to.

Are we here to show that love and kindness is the way?
Hopefully many of us give this life philosophy a try.

But then, what are we spiritual travelers really here for?

We are here to Awaken to our mission.
We are here to discover Divinity in our flesh and bones.
We are Awareness; we are Being, never mind the doing.

That’s what we are here for!
