The Battle between Heart and Mind has already been Won

Our journey is a steady back and forth between the distorted vision of our mind and the powerful pull of our heart. Anthony de Mello is onto to something here. Often it is our fears, projections and suppressed desires that make us fall us in love and we don’t even know about it. Yet, God is AllKnowing, Loving and Wholly Benign. She even even uses our distorted vision to help us fall in love for the wrong reason, but to our surprise, when after years of slumber we awaken to our true motives, our heart is likely to confirm that we chose rightly all along.
