See for your SELF

 The body does not say ‘I’. 

The Atman(SELF) is not born. 

In between, the feeling ‘I’ is born in the whole body.

Whatever name you give it that is the knot between 

the consciousness and the inert), and also bondage.

Babies do not experience the presence of self. It is one oceanic experience. There is no separation between mother and child. Our modern brain simulates the separation from us and others. It’s part of evolution and probably had its purpose. Now the question is, how to return back to our divine origin. Spending time in high vibration environments where all thoughts cease to exist is one approach. Recognizing how we are embedded in our environment is the other.
