When I lived on the mountain, I never needed to light a lamp. One day, my younger brother asked me with curiosity, 'Why don't you light a lamp? It's so dark.' He thought it was pitch black, but I could see everything clearly. I felt a natural illumination around me, and so did others.
After years of observation, I've come to realize that everyone's crown chakra emits light, with its intensity varying as wide as the distance between one's open hands. This light is present not just in humans but in animals like cats, dogs, and sheep. However, each individual's light is unique. When I encounter someone with a particularly bright light, I tend to engage them in conversation, and I've found a common trait among them: they possess pure and compassionate hearts, dedicated to the well-being of others. On the contrary, those who often seek to exploit or harbor anger and fear tend to emit dim and feeble light.
Hence, if you often perceive others taking advantage of you or causing harm, it's important to be aware that your thoughts have a powerful influence. If you allow your thoughts to gravitate toward negativity without interruption, you risk becoming entrenched in inertia. By continuing down that path, you shape your world accordingly. When you consistently blame others for your problems and only think about yourself, your light dims, and people may distance themselves from you. Consider this: is your world a reflection of the content of your thoughts?
True learning, practice, and enlightenment begin with the ordinary aspects of life; there's no need for deliberate pursuit. By paying close attention, you can uncover profound insights in the smallest of moments.
