Own what you are in order to be what you already are

 There is no deepening;

you are deep enough already.

There is no completing;

you are already complete.

There is no freeing from;

you are already free.

You don't have to try to be

what you already are.

Wu Hsin

“What a nonsense!”, J. Krishnamurti would have said. “You are not That, you are that; the greed, the fear, the lust, the longing, the clinging, the craving, the aversion.” Then he would have added, “Sit with that inescapable fact and see what happens. See the world as is and understand that you are the world. Sit with the hopelessness, the distraction, frustration, the confusion, and see what happens!”

Suddenly the mind has no more way to go. Suddenly the mind becomes still and Wu Hsin’s world appears. Why do we have to call nonsense what ultimately is true? Ah, welcome to spirituality, the world of paradoxes. Actually, the reader might ask, “to whom is the paradox?”, and with it may resolve it.
