There is an energy that can be sensed. It’s felt within and it is perceived without. It’s like a frequency to tune into. When connected, staying present with that energy feels as natural as breathing. In contrast, when we wallow in our self-induced misery, this frequency feels impossible to reach.
Being part of this energy highway is really not so difficult. Connecting with this stream is natural, like reconnecting with was ours all along.
