The illusionary gatekeeper

 Is there an observer who sees what is happening? There is the present moment—S (ilence) E (nergy) L (ove) F (low)—and there is the moment when self feels in charge.

 

Spiritual teachings often imply that the observer decides. Yet, everyone who has S-E-L-F flowing through knows, there is no observer. When we are That, the observer is not.

 

So, what should our seemingly real but ultimately illusionary gatekeeper do?

Well, when we are aware that we are not S-E-L-F, it’s the beginning of something at least. Let the gatekeeper realize he is standing in the Way.
